Le Petit Yasmine

I returned late last night from a week in Morocco with Arrow Retreats, a week that truly felt closer to a month due to the travel limitations as of late. My mind is only just now beginning to unpack and process everything I felt and observed during our trip - more to come.

In the meantime, while my body struggles to readjust, I’ve edited some photos of all of the beautiful places we visited, including the gorgeous architectural gem of Le Petite Yasmine. This space is owned by the same team behind Le Riad Yasmine, where we stayed for the first four nights of our journey.

Though I did not intend to return to Marrakech once we left for the desert, our flight situation took us back to the city with the afternoon to spare, and I’m grateful that I had a moment to reset my perspective. I’ll share a fuller picture soon - our trip photographer, Anna Meyer, captured some beautiful shots of all of our travels and adventures.

Enjoy these photos of Le Petite Yasmine, all taken on my iPhone, which are hopefully a rest for the eyes and heart during this stressful time. Wouldn’t it be a delight to camp out in this space for the next month?

There is also a beautiful rooftop space with a gorgeous lounge area, a pizza oven, an outdoor shower, and a swing. I could spend all morning up here with a book!

The dining room on the first floor is the perfect place to gather for breakfast, which is included in the rate. We loved our breakfast at Le Riad Yasmine - fresh fruit and yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, and local pastries and breads served with jam and honey!

The three bedrooms are a delight in and of themselves - each is filled with natural light and textiles from local vendors. These spaces truly encourage you to rest and linger.
